Please find enclosed your AGM package for the OCSL 2009 AGM to be held January 9, 2010. You must bring this package with you to the meeting. The package includes:
1. Notice of AGM Meeting (in yellow)
2. Agenda for the AGM Meeting (in white )
3. Current Slate of Elected Officers and Nomination Form (in white )
4. Proposed Estimated Budget for 2010 (in grey)
5. Draft minutes of 2008 AGM held January 10, 2009 (in green)
6. Voting structure for AGM 2009 _ please notify the OCSL Office of any errors by January 6, 2010. (in salmon)
7. Rules and Regulations proposed changes _ please note that these are new additions or modifications to the current rules and regulations. (in blue)
8. If applicable, an Account Summary has been included for clubs with outstanding balances as of Dec 13, 2009
Please note the December hours for the OCSL Office:
The OCSL office will close December 23, 2009 at 3:00pm and will re-open Wednesday, January 6, 2010 with regular winter hours. The mailbox will be checked during the holiday season while the office is closed.
